Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@digi-tec.es. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items are not returnable, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items, discounted items, software, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment. Please note that the bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
